• There is a slight separation between the front page and front cover and the title pages is loose.
• Looseness between 368 and 369 but still holding.
• Otherwise the binding is tight and the book is square.
• There is a white stain on the back cover 3" x 3" The interior pages are a uniform yellow with no damage, stains, writing, or tears.
• Over 100 years old and in good shape.
