book (first printed 1893) was a standard reference for nearly three decades, and
has been reprinted as recently as 1980. Early editions, however, are difficult

pages are firmly attached to the binding but the front and back covers have become
detached and were taped - see photos The
cloth on the top of the spine has come loose No writing, marks, tears inside Except
for the noted defects, this book is in very good condition overall This
book is a classic, a real treasure and so hard to find It
is 94 years old
