Buffalo Spirit Nation
Buffalo Spirit Nation is the studio of Lakota artist David Hoff-Grindstone, a member of the Standing Rock Sioux Nation Hunkpapa Band.
David is an award winning artist with clients in the United States and Canada, Central and South America, Europe, Australia and Africa. His goal to share his knowledge of Native American art and tradition and to give back to his community, has led him to participate in Pow Wows, conference, volunteering and fund raising efforts for non-profit organizations using his artistic talents and communication skills.
Buffalo Spirit Nation also produces art, such as dreamcatchers, created by non-Native Americans under David's supervision.
DREAMCATCHERS are known to the Indigenous peoples of the Americas to filter and destroy bad dreams, thoughts or negative influences, allowing the good, positive and enlightening influences and strong healing to take place. Totems, fetishes, ritual and ceremonial items significant to the owner are added for additional healing energies. Read more about dreamcatchers . . .
