Paula says - "I'm not sure what to call this item so I will call it a necklace but I have a suspicion that there is another name/purpose for it. I toyed around with the idea that it was to hang one's eyeglasses on but I'm not sure how that would work. So I'll describe and perhaps you can tell me! "The circle is a lovely wreath type piece with light blue rhinestones and pearls, all intact, decorating the top of the wreath. "There is a 16 1/2" long chain with hook on the end that is attached to the top of the wreath. I imagine the hook can be attached anywhere along the chain or to the ring on the top of the wreath. "It was acquired in the 1960s and at that time, it was a piece of vintage US made costume jewelry obtained from a second hand/antique store. That is all we know about its origin."
