| Pilot Mountain Turquoise. This mine in Esmeralda County, Nevada contains deep blue and green stones with dark brown, reddish or black matrices. An individual stone can show color graduations from light blue to dark green, which makes this turquoise very collectible. Pilot Mountain produces hard turquoise that takes a high polish. | ||||||||||||||||||
