Double fringe, flat braided strap, hand carved buckskin feather adornment, entirely hand laced with leather stripping, bead and fringe adornment on each side; note that this bag's name is due to an arrowhead shaped notch in the deerskin near the buttonhole; could be considered a flaw or character mark.

Moonwalker chose to carve a single feather into one of the buckskin fringe pieces which she says "symbolizes an eagle feather".

"Native Americans believe that prayers are delivered to the Great Spirit on the wings of eagles."
