DD and a face with feathers on either side of the headband with HMIJ beneath it, which stands for Hand Made Indian Jewelry.
Tests as sterling silver.
According to Barton Wright in Hallmarks of the Soutwest the mark "DD" is used by Navajo artists Dorothy and Donny Clark who are known for this type of floral work.
