Dear Cherry: I just wanted to thank you for your books and info.throughout the years. I have beside me a well-worn, dog-eared, and partially torn copy of your book "From theCenter Of The Ring". It is marked 1988, first edition. I bought it as a teenager in the late eighties (1988 or 1989),and it has helped me through many years of horses and shows, and has been the main reference for all of my students who chose to show over the years. It is a great book with things that no other book
seems to cover. I am about to turn 33 in a few weeks and I just referenced it
again to decide what event(s) to train my new horse for. I also enjoy your website,
and reference it often as well. Thanks for a job well done. |
While Cherry Hill tells you how to win in a horse competition, her advice can also be applied to general horseback riding. She gives detailed explanations of horse shows, inside and out. |
