Vintage Heavy Turquoise Necklace
N204 - $1,250 SOLD
Paula says - "We just don't see big heavy turquoise necklaces like this any more. We think this is from about 1950 or earlier based on other pieces we have had that were documented. It is in excellent condition and we can detect no damage.
"This many beautiful turquoise stones in one piece is a rarity today. Turquoise of this quality is usually used for a single setting on a bracelet or a ring. To have so much turquoise in one place around your neck is to step back in time. If only this necklace could talk."

Sterling silver beads and hook fastener.
This collection consists of a group of very old items that are most likely from the 1920s to the 1950s, due to being able to date a few of the pieces. These are part of the treasure trove gathered by a woman in her beloved travels in the southwest. They were tucked away in her home, only to be recently discovered by her daughter, who sold the collection to help with expenses for her dog and wolf rescue.
Weve left most of the items AS IS, the condition in which we received them, because the historic condition is so very appealing
