Paula Says: "I noticed that the hang tag says "Made in USA" but the red, white and blue sewn in tag with the serial number just says "Dooney & Bourke" so I got on the horn and talked directly to D&B. They told me this was an exclusive bag released in 2010 to outlet stores such as Marshall's and TJ Maxx and they confirmed that this bag was made in the USA. The registration card is still inside the bag."
