American Items and Jewelry. If you have any questions
about a Native American or other jewelry item, please write Paula before purchase.
Items that are NOT returnable include:

Items that have been used, worn or damaged.
- Bracelets
or rings that have been adjusted.
- Dolls.

Items from the Vintage Shop, Bargain Barn, Mexican Shop or Copper Shop or any
items listed as NOS (New Old Stock).
- Feathers and
Fans.
- Smudging Supplies.

Pipe bowls, pipe stems.
- Medicine bags
New
Native American items (other than those listed above) and new jewelry can be returned.
You need to obtain a Return Authorization Number and the return package must be
postmarked within 7 days of your receipt of the order.
Important!
Returns and exchanges can only be initiated by the person who paid for the item.
Return Procedure. Before returning any item,
first contact Paula at
to obtain a Return Authorization Number and write it on the outside of the package.
Pack all items carefully to protect them in transit. We recommend you purchase
insurance because any loss or damage to an item on its way back to us is your
responsibility. Enclose a copy of your original order in the package. (Print the
email you received when you placed the order.) Returns must be postmarked within
7 days of your receipt of the item.
Refunds.
If the above procedures have not been followed, the following fees will be assessed.

return is postmarked after 7 days of receiving it
When
the Return Procedure has been followed, and we receive the item in its original
condition (new, unused, undamaged), we will offer an exchange credit (of the full
item price) toward an item of equal or greater value than the returned item. The
exchange must take place within one week of the return. If the customer does not
want to exchange but wants a refund, we will refund the item price minus a restocking
fee as outlined below. The original shipping cost is not refundable and the
return shipping cost and insurance is the customer's responsibility. However,
if there was an error in the listing or we sent you the wrong item, we will reimburse
all shipping costs.
Restocking
Fee
We will deduct a 15% restocking fee from
a refund if the item description was correct but you ordered the wrong item, the
wrong size, or didn't like the item, or if the item was returned to us as undeliverable.
We
reserve the right to refuse a refund or offer store credit if any item is returned
damaged, is returned without prior authorization, or the return was postmarked
past 7 days of the receipt of the item.
If you place
an order and the order settles with the credit card processor or PayPal and then
you ask us to cancel the order, we reserve the right to deduct the processing
costs of the initial order and the refund. We are charged 3-6% of your order total
to process your order and refund it.
