from our Vintage Shop and Bargain Barn are sold AS-IS.If
you have purchased an item from our new jewelry store and it arrives damaged,
contact us immediately upon arrival and we will tell you how to proceed.
If
an item becomes damaged after you have used it, we can not be responsible for
the damage. Jewelry that has been bumped, exposed to moisture, extreme heat or
cold, or has been improperly adjusted can easily end up damaged. Those repairs
are your responsibility.
We do not do repairs here.
The repair shop we had been using for years is no longer doing repairs. We are
in the process of looking for another repair contact.
